Youngest Mother Eight Years Old
At a religious meeting today an ecclesiastical minister said that the Youngest Mother in Trinidad & Tobago is / was Eight Years Old. He mad this statement as part of a speech on the direction the country was heading. Is it possible to be pregnant at this age?

I could not find a reference to an 8 year old Trinidad girl but Snopes has a story on the YOUNGEST child to deliver at this address:

This is an AMAZING tale with several references of support.
If this little Puruvian girl was 5 at the birth of her child, I suppose, under similar circumstances an 8 year old can deliver too.
I did an extensive search on Ask.com and at Snopes and could find absolutely no references to ANY 8 year old giving birth. IF it happened, it was never documented outside of your country.
