Anne's Crustless Quiche

What are your thoughts about this delicious dish?

Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

1/2 pound Cheddar or Monterey Jack

cheese -- grated 4 eggs -- beaten

1 jar quartered & marinated -- (12 oz.)

artichoke hearts -- well drained & chopped fine -- (reserve marinade) 6 green onions -- diced

6 Uneeda biscuits

2 tablespoons minced parsley

1/2 clove garlic -- minced

1 dash Tabasco sauce

1/8 teaspoon oregano

Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all the ingredients and turn mixture into an 8 x 8 inch pan greased with reserved marinade. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool i n pan and cut into small squares. Reheat at 325 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, i f desired. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD"
