What are your thoughts about this great dish?

| 3 | pound | okra, cut up | |
| 1 | each | garlic, clove, minced | |
| 1 | each | tomato paste, can | |
| 1 | qt | water | |
| 2 | pound | shrimp, peeled | |
| 1 | each | tomatoes, can, stewed | |
| 1 | hot red pepper & cayenne, to taste | ||
| 1 | each | onion, chopped | |
| 1 | each | bay leaf | |
| 2 | tablespoon | flour | |
| 4 | each | crabs | |
Directions: | |||
| Combine okra, garlic, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, onion, bay leaf and water. Cook slowly until done. Brown flour, add enough water to make a roux. Add roux, shrimp, crabs and season to taste. Cook slowly until done. | |||
