Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

KEVIN WILSON (MHDT47A) 1 9" single pie crust*

2 tb Granola; finely crushed*

3 c Apples; cored, pared, sliced

1/2 c Margarine; divided

2 Eggs

14 oz Eagle sweetened conden. milk

1 ts Maple flavoing

1 1/4 ts Cinnamon

1/8 ts Nutmeg

1/2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed

1/2 c Flour

1/4 c Granola; finely crushed

*If making own crust, add the 2 T of finely crushed granola to the flour before rolling out. Heat oven to 425 degrees For filling: Arrange apples in unbaked pie shell. Melt 1/4 c margarine. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk, melted margarine, maple flavor, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Pour over apples. For topping: Combine sugar and flour in medium bowl. Cut in remaining margarine until crumbly. Stir in granola. Sprinkle over custard. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 375 degrees. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. (Cover top or edge of pie with foil, if necessary to prevent overbrowning). Serve warem, at room tem or chilled.
