Prior to Pope Benedict XVI's historic visit to the United States this past week, his representative called on New York chef Lidia Bastianich to prepare the pontiff's meals while he was in town. The renowned Italian-American chef was "stunned" and thrilled at the opportunity to feed the head of the Catholic Church. What did Bastianich decide to dish up for the Pope?
