I remember this devil from hell. You read about these types doing it to others but he did it to his own! Someone like this should have the skin pull from his tool and let it be exposed to acid.

Yes, and that may be too good for him. Sometimes it's too bad the Constitution has the little part about not inflicting cruel and unusual punishment.
Rather off topic, but...
In Fact, I always thought it'd be a good idea after someone is convicted of rape the victim and her family be put in a room with him. In the room would be an anvil and the victim and her family handed a hammer. But, this is revenge, and not justice… or maybe it is.

This happened in Austria, not here. Hopefully they have some big Austrians like Schwarzenegger that can take care of Josef and make him feel just like how he treated his own.
