Family grieves loss of second son following Watsonville gang shooting

How sad! My heart goes out to the family. The lost of a child is something that I don't think anyone can recover from.
QUOTE WATSONVILLE -- Anna Romine-Martinez moved her family from Watsonville to Texas in the spring, in part, to escape gang violence. The mother of five sons and a daughter said she worried about drive-by shootings.
This month, she will fly back to Santa Cruz County to say goodbye to her 21-year-old son. Richard Eddie Campos was gunned down Tuesday night while sitting in his car, which was parked in front of the Roache Road home his father's relatives have lived in for years.
He was here visiting his dad for the summer and planned to return to Texas in October, Romine-Martinez said.
Instead, the family will hold a car wash Saturday to raise money for his funeral. It's the second time Romine-Martinez has turned to the community to help her bury one of her children... Source 7q
