How safe is Dominica Drinking Water? What are the laws governing Drinking Water in Dominica? Where are the main Water Resources in Dominica (Example: springs, lakes, desalination plants, etc.? Are there commercial Water Resources that sell Drinking Water in bottles or tanks?

Well, ever since 2016 there was rumors about a tourist's death after drinking the water supply in Dominica. There was also other reports of illness after consumption of water and it's advised that you boil the water in order to use it. Ever since, it is said that the government is trying to take measures necessary to prevent this from happening again.
