Wow, that's a very hard question to answer because at the moment, I do not see any person who can have the ability or charisma to perform such job.

What If A New UNC Leader Caribbean / Tobago & Trinidad

Its likely to be someone soft spoken who has not been as in much trouble as the rest of her ministers. Also someone that tends to be assassinated less by the media, but at the same time experienced. With that in mind I can't really think of anyone but I'll just say Vernella Alleyne-Toppin.
