Al-Rawi, I think he is very eloquent and can do a good job as the PNM leader. I do not think Penelope is a choice.

What If Keith Rowley Could Not Be The PNM Leader Caribbean / Tobago & Trinidad

There isn't a significant leader in the PNM that can lead the nation that is why Rowley is in that position right now. I don't see anyone replacing him.
