Myths Diet

There is lots of information out there about what is good and bad for you to consume but in plain terms the thing you want to remember is the more natural the better. For instance you will get more out of eating a fresh tomato than from eating one from a tin. The composition is different and what it will give you is also different. Its hard to get fat from eating fresh wholesome foods. ;)

Diet Myths Health & Special Psychology

The biggest diet myth out there is that by eating reduced fat products you somehow lose weight. What really happens is people think because they are eating reduced fat they can now eat twice as much.
