Crashes Plane France

An Airbus A320 plane operated by Germanwings crashed Tuesday in southeastern France near Digne les Bains, French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said.

He said he fears those aboard -- 142 passengers and six crew members -- may be dead.

The plane was headed from Barcelona, Spain, to Dusseldorf, Germany, Valls said. Ref. CNN

Very suspicious the way this happened. The plane sent no distress call yet it continued an 8 minute descent and crashed. Could it have been a hijacking?

This is a interesting development. After 9/11 most airline companies installed doors to keep people from getting into the cockpit to take over control of the plane. Now we see that that can be used against the innocents on a plane when a pilot or co pilot seem to be suicidal and flies a large plane into a mountain or something else. Will this bring more changes into the airline business?
