I don't tend to "Manage" Them at all I stay away from them! When someone is hypersensitive there is no way to fix or do anything that will make them feel better or be in good spirits with you. The worst part is you may think that you're doing something wrong because of their reaction but really you aren't you're just trying to help but the hypersensitive person takes it the wrong way each time.
