Elf Bowman says... Ok so adjusted to my sheet will be 11 HP.
My Charisma is now 12 because of the gem. I was hoping for more but will take it.
I will specialize in the bow which gives me +3/+3 at point blank but what is considered point blank?
Do you follow the ranges below? If so is that something you or I track?

I could not figure out if the rate of arrows I fire is doubled or if its just the bonus.
Lastly, can I use one slow and have "Trouble Sense"? I guess I will count on you for those rolls?

The Watcher from the Aether says... The 'point blank range' for a bow specialist is 30' or less. Your short range goes from 31' to whatever the short range limit is depending on your bow and arrow type.
Rate of fire remains the same at 2/1.
Can you give me the reference for trouble sense so that I can see what it's all about?

The Dungeon Master should make trouble sense checks in secret. If the character succeeds, he is only surprised on a roll of 1 by a sneak attack and treats any rear attacks as flank attacks instead. The Dungeon Master can modify the proficiency check if the character is taking extra precautions or if the attacker would be particularly hard to notice before striking.

This is from the same book you asked me to look up. Last part of chapter 4. Seems like you roll for it but maybe I should remind you in my write ups.

Elf Bowman says... I usually tend to play cautious so it will essentially always kick in and I will be moving with Spidey's sixth sense.
