I just watched the interview with the friend. I cannot describe with words how odd was that interview! The guy seems like he was naked, hiding behind a door and talking very casual about the disappearance. Why is the police so quiet about this whole case?

Comments: I am shocked at reading some of your comments. I find some of you are very judgmental and cruel or is it that you're a bunch of perfect parents? This couple is obviously grieving and they don't need criticism from unknown internet sleuthers. Yes they shouldn't have left the little boy with the great-grandfather but it was a mistake ok? Comments: Hi everyone, it seems like this is a good site to do some sleuthing. I hope we are allowed to sleuth the parents and people involved since in many sites we're not allowed to do that.

Anyways, about the case. I'm concerned at the silence of LE (Law-enforcement), they stated that the parents are not suspects and yet they labeled them as POI. I believe that the boy is either in the water and hasn't been found despite the great technology they have to their disposal or foul play.

So far we do not even know how long the parents were away when they went exploring since as someone pointed out, they said one thing in the 911 recording and another in the interview. Why the father took over that interview though? When the wife spoke, she did it in a way as to look for approval from her husband.

They're all over social media and they have a few fundraising accounts. What is going on?

Comments: This is getting out of hand, a lot of Facebook groups are being shut down because people are talking about the parents. I don't understand why they're so interested in what people are saying online, the baby is missing for the past 3 weeks!

I hope the cops gives us some information and soon because I'm going crazy here!

Comments: Are you serious? These poor parents are going through hell they don't need people to bash them in the way they're being bashed! They're just persons of interest because they were the last people who saw the baby not because the police suspect them! They're not suspects!

Comments: JennyK with all due respect, no one is bashing the parents. People are pointing out the inconsistencies and strange behavior. And yes maybe they're innocent but the way they're behaving is strange and I don't think there is nothing wrong with pointing it out since foul play hasn't been ruled out.

I admit this case is a little bizarre and there are more questions than answers. I think that probably he drowned and they just can't find him or perhaps a mountain lion attacked him? How common are mountain lions, wolves in Idaho? I'm just hoping the baby is alive but I know it will probably be just a miracle.

With my background and experience in Journalism, I wish I could interview the parents.

Comments: Hello everyone I was searching about this case and I came across your site. I agree with the posters that believe this whole story is fishy. I wanted to hear the mom talking more but the father took over the entire interview and didn't give her the chance to speak. When they were talking about media rumors, I heard someone in the background telling the parents they should address the EMT bag rumor I wonder what's that about?
