When I first saw Toy Story I was hooked although I might be labelled as "Too old for that..." I think the story reminds us of our time as a child. Hope Toy Story 4 continues the trend.

I don't get to watch toy story 4 yet, but toy story 2 are what shaping my childhood that imagining nonlife object like toys have feeling too and my friend and company to play with, and how hurtful the sense of being abandoned, and facing the inevitable period of grown up life, which even now I try to preserve my childhood mind despite the age of time, and its nice that they try to explain what happen to little bo peep as she is missing in the toy story 3.
