Season 02, Episode 10 – “Caravan Crooks”

A caravan burglar helps himself to a couple of viennese whirls before making off with electrical goods. As South Wales Police dust for fingerprints on the cake box, Dan Donnelly finds out if there’s anything that can be done to stop intruders breaking into caravans.

Meanwhile, in Leeds, publicans Steve and Pauline get a call to tell them their conservatory has been smashed and precious possessions stolen. To make matters worse, the conservatory was only installed the previous week. Keeley Donovan helps them beef up their security with toughened laminate glass doors and better locks to make sure the couple feel safe again.

Dan Donnelly comes to the aid of a young mum in Leeds after a burglar steals her children’s toys. Care worker Ashleigh is so upset that she’s thinking of leaving the estate where she’s lived all her life. Dan is determined to make her home more secure so that she can feel safe again. And West Yorkshire Police get a lucky break with their investigation into the crime.
Meanwhile in south Wales, Keeley Donovan is helping Bill, whose home has also been burgled. Among the items stolen is a ceramic money box which he uses to collect 50p coins to buy his grandchildren treats. Keeley gets stuck in to upgrading Bill’s security, including some emergency work on a wonky back gate.
