Raising Rent Justifiable - Page 3
Having worked for an apartment complex as security I can tell you that some renters were very bad and they were the ones who drove real nice cars and had nice clothing. The way they would trash a place was aweful. I would much rather have a family that was barely making it rent from me then one of those high paid professionals.
I have thought of getting some rental property but thus far the area I am looking in is not quite to my satisfaction.
