I will consider that, however since our new policy will involve the future Dungeon Master being a Player first we will really be looking for more Players initially.

Rather than an open invitation posted online you (Anyone reading this Post) may be around or have seen people more committed elsewhere (On other sites or groups or in person) who could possibly take up the role, in this way you would have some gauge of who could do it.

But, you will of course be looking for a committed player, thats actively involved.

I'm supprised there is only two active dungeon masters, Daishain and KN, here, I presume?
A quick cursory look over at the science fiction Role-playing Game's, indicates that there hasn't been much activity there either.

I personally wouldn't mind seeing an active science fiction Role-playing Game also. But, I can see why you would need more GM's, in addition to dungeon master's.
