RPG Ascension Mage
Honestly, most of the World of Darkness/Storyteller Role Playing Games would work for Play by Post. The game system is designed to give arc points from which characters/players can describe events, scenes, and critical plot points.
I would be the Storyteller for this game, only for the fact that it one of two game manuals I still have from White Wolf, the other being Hunter the Reckoning.
