Tron Role-playing Game
Is there a Tron Role-playing Game and if not what kind of rule set would be needed to play a game like this based on the movie?

I've never seen one but the way Tron is you could probably use any system to make up the characters because its a controlled world. There won't be many options on races or skills unless you add them in. Making an Role-playing Game based on a movie with one specific theme can be stifling.
