Execution in broad daylight may be case of mistaken identity

The Blaze has the extremely disturbing video of a man being gunned down in broad daylight as he talked on his cell phone. A man stood nearby for a few moments before suddenly pulling a gun and opening fire, killing 24-year-old Trevonne Winn who was in town visiting family. He was the father of two young children and had another on the way. As if the video wasn't horrific enough, after Trevonne gets shot and hits the ground people just mill around and stare at him, offering no help or even comfort during his last moments. Ref. Source 8
