I was watching a 20/20 documentary about Transgendered Children, yes Children. They featured one little boy who wants to be a girl at the age of six. The parents and gender specialists insist it is a condition of the mind. Children often consider their physical gender a mistake. What are your thoughts?

I have no doubts that some may have these feeling but I think they are too young to realize the full consequence of being trans gendered. I think they need some serious professional counseling so they can understand their feelings and ensure what ever path they chose it is right for them and they are ready to accept all consequence of the choice.

Lots of young children wish they are like their friends they are playing with. If your a boy and most of your friends around your home are girls your going to want to be a girl too. My daughters went through this stage. Where I lived most of the children their age were boys. They would go out and play with them all the time and get just as dirty as a boy. My daughters would tell me they wanted to be boys too. I just told them god wanted you to be a girl so you are a girl. I told them I was happy they were girls and would not trade them for any boy. Over time they stopped wishing they were boys. Now all they think about are boys.

This documentary was heartbreaking. These kids are "special" in every sense of the word and started to manifest these feelings as young as 2 years old, so yes...I do think is medically proved that transgendered children do exist and it's a condition of the mind.

Sorry but I think that is kinda sick. Children that young don't even know what sexuality means so how they are going to know about being a product of a 'transgender' issue unless someone is telling them about it?
