Really unfortunate, however in today's world no one has the ability to read the intentions of others so if you're caught in the act you are sent through the system regardless of if you can comprehend the law or not. This is something that worries me with my own child entering adult life.

Heartbreaking. The story just doesn't add up though. Nobody dies of a headlock. Is there something more to this story that we do not know? The fact that the autistic man in question couldn't speak is even more telling that something is just off here.

What a tragic chain of events. If that was a castle law state then he could have died even before reaching the police station. Still, this man was destined for death, a day that he should have perhaps just stayed home.
