The subject of smoking in T&T isn't really taboo, it's pretty normal among the people and some of them actually do it without a problem. I do not know of any real statistics of smokers in T&T as well, but I know it is quite common to spot a smoker around the block or street. There are usually places that has laws that prohibits this and people usually obey it without objection or hesitation.
