Garcia says homeless family wasting his time
Applewhite said she went to the Arima constituency office and met MP Anthony Garcia face-to-face but did not get any help. “He was more interested in my child’s father and I ended up breaking down and crying. He said I was wasting his time.” Contacted, Garcia said Applewhite did visit him and, in trying to assess her situation asked about the father of the child. Ref. Source 6q.

If it happened like that then I must say it is very disappointing. I abhor the reaction and way the authorities treat with those who are less privileged. Even if you do not believe the woman the element of a child subjected to such a lifestyle should make you at least a bit interested in his welfare rather than consider it a waste of time.
