The tattoo-covered Canadian preacher at the center of it all is Todd Bentley. ABC's Jeffrey Kofman reports on the man with a dark past who now claims that God can heal the sick through him.

I haven't witnessed any 'healing' personally, and definitely don't know about Todd Bentley but I'm a little suspicious of it all. I think if someone could truly heal as in really heal then it would be lots bigger than this. That person would be hailed as some sort of 'god'.
