Verdugo Aquatic Facility

Lifeguard accused of videotaping girls, women

A lifeguard has pleaded not guilty to charges that he videotaped and photographed girls and women in a public restroom and an employee locker room at the Verdugo Aquatic Facility in Burbank. Police found the images on Arturo Montano’s phone last week. Ref. Source 3g.
