Here Fighter Ranked Highest
I hold a second degree black belt in Shorin Ryu Karate and a purple sash in Lau Gar kung fu. To relax I have also studied Tai Ji Quan, this is similar to Tai Chi with meditative energy techniques. My Karate teacher is Frank Symmonds, a marine engineer who travelled the world with Oriental sailors. I did Lau Gar kickboxing to keep fit. The Tai Chi has helped me to recover from an illness. Recently I have been to a Krav Maga class, this was more out of curiosity than searching for a life path.
