The Llafair's rowdy Tavern Wench calls for a Wench sit competition of which Merlin accepted. Merlin lays down prostrate on a large oval mat while one wench after the other sits on Merlin. Hardy Merlin takes the load and keeps their lips sealed to be the victor of the night! Merlin uses the Hardy Skill with a victorious outcome. Merlin is relieved to get all that weight off of him but at the same time he feel the bets were low so when he gets up he says with some disappointment, "0nly six gold? Is that all the faith you had in me?" He shakes his head heading back to his table.
