Comments: I get the usual amounts of water I should per day, I even drink a little extra sometimes but I'm still thirsty. Someone told me it can be an early sign of diabetes, could they be right?

They could be right but the only way to know for sure is a blood test which your doctor can give you. Your doctor can also check for other things if it isn't diabetes.
