Risk Cold and Sleep Lack

I will never get over how much money is wasted on knowledge that our grandparents knew and accepted with out study. How can you be healthy if you are not getting the amount of sleep you body requires to heal. Yes it does vary according to sex age and diet but you know if day after day you feel sluggish that you are not getting deep healing sleep.

Sleep? That is getting to be a stranger for me. I feel a little sluggish as the week goes on but on week ends I take a couple naps that I am unable to take in the week, This helps me recharge I guess. I do not however feel myself getting sick because of lack of sleep,
