You have to be some kind of evil to do that to anyone. Doing that to someone who isn't fully in control of what they may do or say is taking advantage of someone that you should be helping. They should be back in the times when an eye for an eye was applicable. Let's see how they would enjoy being starved til they got to 69 pounds.
