A friend of mine from 1st SFG (A) is married to a Vietnamese woman. He has visited there a few times. He tells me there are all types of bikes all over the country. They have bikes like Harleys, although not many, bikes like Honda touring machines, although again not many, Honda and Suzuki bikes ranging from 450cc to a bit over a 1000cc, dirt bikes, scooters, and even mini motorcycles. These are in the city, but there are trails for them all over the countryside too. It's a great place to ride.
