A couple: Paula Sinclair, 54, and Allen Richardson, 78, have been arrested after keeping 7 special needs children captive so they could collect money from the state. Read the article, its one of the reasons I do not believe anyone when they say they get all religious while 'caring' for someone and money is involved. Ref. Source 5b.

So where were the social workers in this case? They should not be getting money without social workers checking on the kids and how they are being treated.
