Poljen just scowls at the mage and shrugs as if he cared little for the man's threats. "I never thought I would be able to save every prisoner you have taken. And now you will pay for each one that is lost!" His piercing cry rings out as he attacks the mage, secure that even if the mage manages to thwart him, Velon is right behind him and will also follow him, intent on ending the man's evil.
Not sure what sort of saving throw might be needed, so I will add a Saving roll (With Advantage just in case it is Strength or Dexterity), and you can apply any proper bonus to it.
Fight epilogue
Cratol and Poljen charge at the mage, as the latter casts another orb of lightning. This one hits Poljen, jarring him. The monk hits the mage several times, and then the barbarian buries a sword in his chest.
The dragonborn hesitates, and then Geoffroy casts his spell, and he drops both the knife and the woman. The dragonborn leaps forward snarling, acid spewing from his mouth as he tries to force the Cleric out of his path.
(Poljen took 23 lightning damage there, Geoffroy passed his save vs the acid breath and so only took 4 damage. The dragonborn doctor is currently next to Geoffroy and trying to pass by him to get out the door)

Lia finds that the prisoners are caught between disbelief, gratitude, and fear. She does not discern anything particularly odd about their behavior considering the circumstances.
Out of Character: Fay, the one roll was good, it is carrying over, though I'll note that not all of them are listening to you all that much to be effected.
Out of Character: And that is well understandable considering the circumstances they are in.
Fay continues to move into the locked rooms with Lia and Mari. Staying on guard for any surprises. "Amillë, much more to this place there be. Careful we should be. We know not what strength of army the enemy left in this place. If this be an important waystation there may be much more left to defeat."
" I'm being cautious Ionneg. You are right. Who knows what they have left here. " She strides quickly towards the next room.
Mari is quiet as they walk from room to room. Her expression is stoic. She never lowers her bow all the way.
Lia reaches the next door. Using the key she unlocks it. " Ionneg, Mari… ready?" Mari walks over a short distance from her. Lia opens it and peeps in.
Out of Character: : She will wait to open the door until Fay is by her.
This next room is notably smaller than the previous two. More prisoners can be seen within. About twenty, all women.
Those in here are much more severely restrained than the previous prisoners. Chained shackles bind each of their limbs, limiting their motion atop simple mattresses. About half of them look to have been here for at least a few weeks.
Geoffroy will try to move towards the dragonborn and tackle him for a grapple, saying, "No, you are not leaving so easily." He will try to position himself so as to avoid the acid breath, perhaps even getting the head in a lock if possible.
Out of Character: Geoffroy will be trying to grapple the dragonborn.
