Fay enters the cold room and takes a closer look at the canisters. A simple latch secures the lid of each. Opening one reveals hundreds of tiny glass vials, densely packed in short wool strands. Each vial contains a solid yellowish substance.
Somewhat abashed to discover nothing in the Altar room, Nyzahr nevertheless retains her spell in that location just in case and reflects on her next course of action…
She pulls out one more of her carved dragonchess figurines and glares and it somewhat ironically at it lays there, cupped inside her white palm.
This time it is (On a d6):
1-2. A pawn - she will remain on guard and wait for the others
3-4. A horse - she will do her best to catch up with the rest on the group in the prisoners' section (I.e: full run towards the Blaze)
5-6. A bishop - she will make her own way inside the altar's room and see if she an detect any magic or find anything of note there.

Mari finds the small mallet and pins. She heads back into the room with the women. Mari begins carefully breaking open the manacles and freeing the women. She was new to Greenest and looks to see if there is anyone that she knew. Lia will continue talking to them and trying to help them feel better.
Lia will check over anyone that is in pain or asks for assistance. Once this is completed they will lead the women out into the cavern.

Velon is sad to hear that none of the men are from anywhere but Greenest, but is still happy that so many from there are still alive. He would ask if these prisoners saw anyone from other towns.
Velon is also asking Lia, Fay, etc. What they have found in the other rooms. May I assume they'd share what Daishain has told us? He'd likely notice the room full of women, but at Fay's request would join him in the laboratory.
After hearing of what Fay, Lia and the others found in the other rooms, along with seeing these vials from the dragons, Velon tries to piece together what is going on…
Out of character: I'll roll a medicine check, perhaps (?) to see if Velon can figure out that it is highly likely that these evil doctors are impregnating the women with the seed of the dragons. That seems to be how they are using the prisoners to enhance their army.
Fay looks at Velon, "What think thee this be? Mayhaps tis something we shoulds't take a sample of?" Fay takes a vial from each canister. If this be important to them it be important we destroy it. "Leave this room in case this be something that may explode. I will destroy all of this." Fay takes the samples puts oil on the canisters, then lights them on fire by throwing a torch on them as he leaves the room.

Cratol finds a fair number of valuable items. Of particular note in regards to information, there are quite a number of books in here. Two stand out. One appears to be an instruction manual of sorts. The first few pages include diagrams of a table like the one in the main room. The other, written in a different hand, appears to be a personal journal of sorts. Both however are written in Draconic.
Nyzahr enters the altar room, other than the altar itself, there are few things in here. There is however a distinct otherworldy presence here. As the tiefling approaches the seven headed figure, she can almost smell the fires of the nine hells.
Mari sees one familiar face, but it is not someone she knows well. If asked, there are 7 in the smaller prison from Greenest. The rest are leftovers from previous raids.
After Fay starts his fire, several runes on the wall flare and seem to absorb energy from the flames. They die out quickly.
It is a relatively slow but steady process to free the prisoners. They start filtering out. They'll fill and overfill the corridor leading to the prison rooms soon.
