Hi, I found out about the game Ruler of Kingdoms via a website listing games that are accessible to the blind. I have always enjoyed fantasy role-playing games, and the idea of being able to play a tabletop type of game really sounded like fun. I am hoping that through playing this game, I will be able to meet other folks with whom I may forge friendships.

Hi again,

So I've decided to take the plunge and give a little to the site, since the community is friendly, I'm enjoying ROK II, and you have a commitment to making this more accessible for all populations. I am blind and using a screen reader and I am not able to read what the differences are between premium and platinum. It seems to be in an infographic I cannot read. I assume diamond means you keep your membership for life, (Though there may be other features I am missing.) Would someone provide me some insight? Thank you very much for your assistance.

I will see if I can help you by first getting into some history. Some years ago the Community had hundreds of features that were accessible based on Membership type, hence the need for varying groups like Premium, Platinum, etc. As the internet changed we decided to move these features in favor of flexibility and mobility so everything was accessible regardless of the User's device.

Now, the main Membership types are: Regular and Premium, however if someone wants a bonus amount of FP from the start and extra highlight in showing their commitment to the Community they can additionally choose:

Platinum Membership for one year which gives you 16,000 FP or…

Diamond Membership which is lifetime so you never have to renew again and you get an initial 25,000 FP.

I have also updated the Compare Membership page so this is more clear as the information did not show the FP bonuses. Thanks.
