There should be something done when the ref lets the fight go too soon. He could have gotten Travis killed. It was easy to tell that he should have called it much sooner. When a fighter is incapable of defending themselves it is time to stop it.

Yes sounds like to me that this ref had something out for Travis. The fight should have been called a lot sooner than it was. Plus the person fighting him should have known he was no longer defending himself and stopped too. I think this was planned.
