Iceland Becomes First Country To Require Equal Pay For Men And Women:

It is the first country in the world to require both public and private firms with 25 or more staff to obtain a certificate demonstrating that they pay all employees equally, "Regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, or nationality." Ref. Source 7u.

Iceland is taking the initiative in a lot of things, I like that. They got their economy under control and now making proper gender policies if it wasn't so cold it might be a nice place to live.
