Then, we should take all of his money by the same cyber means he used, send him to a maximum security prison, and put him a cell with a con named Bubba.
This guy is small potatoes. It's claimed he caused more than $100 million in financial losses in the US, but that's nothing compared to George Soros - a man that's caused entire nation's financial losses. If Bogachev actually is guilty, he should definitely be held accountable. I don't think causing an international crisis by sending operators after him and violating the sovereignty of another nation is the way to do it though.
