There is already a law on the books which allows the U.S. To hold visas from a country that is not taking back its criminals, but according to Cuellar, the U.S. Is not enforcing it. Ref. Source 5m.

How true that is. We allow our borders to be so porous anyone get in, including the worst elements of other countries society and then we can't get rid of them. Now, we'll have to stick these very bad people in our overcrowded jails and pay for them while they sit there… to the tune of many tens of thousands of dollars per inmate per year. Our Government should not have allowed us to get in this position. Governments first duty is to protect the country and our citizens.

Origin Countries To USA Illegals Deportation
Our government has not protected the citizens for a long time they keep allowing the inflow of illegals to continue almost totally unchecked and yes many of them are criminals fleeing from their home countries so they do not get put in prison.
