Bill would allow bars to serve drinks until 4 a.m.
It many be counterintuitive, but one state senator says that allowing venues to serve alcohol until 4 a.m. Would actually make the public safer. Scott Weiner says extended hours would keep people from illicit and unsafe after-hours venues like Oakland's Ghost Ship. Ref. Source 1c.
