Members Upgraded Envision

I envision more people upgrading sooner. I have seen that a least one has upgraded soon after they joined. I hope to see more of that. Also, I would like to see more people continuously upgrading, such as to upgrade further every year. This would enable even more features for the forum to enjoy, and JB's imagination could run wild with so many upgraded members!

Under the main Menu I've added a new button which shows a list of all the Upgraded Members and when their Membership expires: Upgraded Members.
