Notes about this Topic: There was a documentary called, "Most Evil" (Discovery Channel) with forensic psychiatrist Michael Stone who rates murderers on a scale of evil that he developed. This is one of many Threads with the same title I would like to Discuss.

Criminals Psychology
When you add in the psycho element you are taking your average murder( if there is one) and having them wait till there is a certain number of witness just so they have more people to kill. Or they will murder one or two people in front of others just to scare them a lot.
