This might be extreme but when you see all your hard work just leaving right in front your eyes you get desperate. She could have died or been shot, she is lucky the thieves did not get dirty by simply throwing her to the side. This video also alerts you to the fact that just because you are next to your car does not mean they won't try to steal it. Notice how they remain to watch til the end to see if she gets in the car before taking off.

She was incredibly lucky. I would not recommend this course of action to anyone. The care isn't worth your life, and it certainly could have cost her that. And no, I wouldn't this myself. But then again, I have a permit to carry legal in a slew of states so I may have done something else.
