Climate change is having a sever effect on Nebraska. Nebraska is located in what is know as Tornado Alley in the central portion of the US. This area has seen the frequency and intensity of tornadoes increase over the last decade plus. Many scientists are surmising that this is due to the climate change. If this trend continues there will be a time soon when category four and five tornadoes touch down regularly in Nebraska, causing widespread havoc and destruction.
