Pilots That Do Not Get Along

What happens when pilots hate each other? THERE'S nothing worse than spending a long haul flight next to someone who's getting on your nerves. Especially if they're your co-pilot. Source 6g.

Yes, they need to at least be amicable to each other. My goodness, can you imagine a plane in an emergency situation and the pilots don't get along with each other? Each would be trying to do his/her own thing and the plane would continue to plummet.
