REDWOOD CITY -- A businessman will spend 39 years to life behind bars for hiring someone to kidnap, rape and kill one of his employees because she rejected his romantic advances. Thirty-eight-year-old Ricardo Zambrano was sentenced Wednesday in a San Mateo County courtroom for the plot. Prosecutors say Zambrano, a Menlo Park jewelry store owner, hired a man to kidnap the employee at gunpoint at she left work in June 2005. The hit man then drove the woman to Fresno, where she was to be raped and murdered. But the victim escaped and later testified against Zambrano and the hit man at their trials. That's a guy with some major issues! First of all you shouldn't be trying to go out with employees that's bad ethics. Next, get over rejection, if you just kept to your title of 'boss' then things would have gone better for you than 'pimp'.
