I haven't witnessed this but I'd imagine that the level of fantasy involved could cause someone to get really pissed because another player caused their character to get killed. Has anyone ever see a fist fight come out of it?

Never seen a fist fight but I have seen some people get up and leave the game not to come back for a bit of time if they come back at all.

What kind of role-playing are you referring to? Is this S&M kind of stuff or just people pretending to be idiots? I can tell you that in a drunk setting anyone could be doing anything and it can easily lead to a fight.
